Report notable threats to appropriate management.• I update social media sites like the website, social platform pages like You Tube, Facebook, Twitter etc. on a daily basis with timely and positive message representing our mission, vision and core values.• I monitor social trends happening on social media, print, tv and radio and encourage adoption of social media tools.• I design, create, implement, oversee and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns• I measure the effectiveness of different social media channels manager using tools like Facebook insights, Twitter Analytics/Counter, Google Analytics etc. to measure click - throughs and traffic activity.• I engage in chats, blogs and video sharing to promote corporate messaging and increase brand awareness.• I provide feedback on public opinions, complaints and conversations surrounding the brand in the public sphere.• I monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
