Responsible for the strategic direction and development of United’s provider portal (www.unitedhealthcareonline.com) and EDI services for both HIPAA and non-HIPAA transactions. Provide direct oversight of the PMO, Connectivity, Adoption and Technical Support teams. Manage an operational budget of $2M and support over $20M of development on an annual basis. Key programs managed through the Provider eSolutions team: HIPAA 5010, CAQH-CORE and AHIP Multi-Payer Portal. Accountable to improve the electronic transactional experience for Physicians and Facilities for Administrative and Clinical Transactions.

Responsible for the overall program management startup of the UnitedHealth Group captive site in Gurgaon, India. Provided on-site day-to-day management during the startup phase which included regulatory and compliance setup activities that included, but were not limited to: STPI, infrastructure, real-estate and procurement services. Collaborated with HR and organizational leads to ensure timely and cost effective delivery. Created the work intake organization that managed operations, transition management, quality and metrics for the captive site.

Responsible for creating and implementing a product development methodology and generating a 3-5 year product roadmap for OptumHealth Financial Services. Hired and trained a highly efficient team of business architects to provide robust architectural analysis, product implementation and feasibility analysis to support the product development team. Worked with the PMO to establish a program delivery process that was tightly integrated with the product development methodology in order to create a cohesive process across groups.
