As the Executive Director at The American Legion Department of Indiana, I oversee the operations and administration of the largest veterans service organization in the state, serving more than 60,000 members across 373 posts. With more than 15 years of experience in corporate communications, email marketing, and social media, I lead the strategic planning and execution of the department's internal and external communications, public relations, and advocacy initiatives.My mission is to amplify the voice and impact of the veterans community in Indiana and beyond, by creating and delivering engaging and informative content, campaigns, and events that showcase the Legion's programs, services, and values. I also leverage my background and skills as a photojournalist to document and share the stories of our members, partners, and beneficiaries, highlighting their achievements, challenges, and aspirations.
