I served in a short-term role, working in the annual giving department to help close out their annual campaign. I also helped coordinate and run a major donor networking event.

My main responsibilities include the planning, design, implementation and follow-up for every annual giving solicitation piece produced. I was brought in to build from scratch SIUE's new on campus call center. I designed everything from the training and hiring procedures, to the pay structure and call schedule.
