At Reaktor, I have lead design projects for major brands such as PVH/Tommy Hilfiger, D-Ford (Ford's innovation hub), and Posti (Finland's primary postal agency). For example, I led a 13-month innovation effort to build a digital product and service that enables small e-commerce businesses to outsource their logistics. I applied and expanded my skillset across business and concept design, stakeholder management, UX/UI design, creating and maintaining a design system, prototyping, and developer handover.I also gained new knowledge and skills, such as using a low-code tool called Framer to build the service’s primary landing page and a highly functional prototype to speed up discovery work. Additionally, I furthered my understanding of how to help inexperienced team leaders apply a product-focused mindset and useful ways of working.

At The Techno Creatives, I worked on a range of projects, showcasing my abilities across fields such as industrial design, rapid prototyping, designing and building experiences for VR and AR, experience design, and digital product design. I also grew as a consultant by shaping and directing teams and prioritising outcomes.I worked in and lead projects towards major brands such as Electrolux, Veoneer, Faurecia as well and smaller start-ups. These projects earned recognition in form of Red Dot Design Awards and a UX Design Award. They were also showcased as centrepiece installations in global companies' venues like CES and IFA.
