Manage, build and expand KDMG’S content distribution vertical, as well as manage day-to-day digital distribution, marketing, and sales responsibilities. Responsible for KDMG’s front-facing content programing and licensing business including, but not limited to: engaging new prospective platform partners for distribution, assist in licensing KDMG’s back catalog and new release programming to all of KDMG’s platform partners in order to maximize company revenues and profitability; strategize and work with marketing and promotional teams at each of the digital retail platforms to secure KDMG key promotional, media buy, free value marketing, stunts and value pricing incentives when they come available. Serving as the main point of contact with the producers/content rights holders throughout the entire sales and distribution process in utilizing content pass-through including delivery of materials; and help to identify key content acquisitions strategies for the company and work with the team to expand the original series acquisitions strategy. Manage platform partner order request and fulfillment of content order deliveries. Manage KDMG’s monthly new release grid, internal title tracking grid, master catalog avails, metadata, and other internal/external documents as necessary to full delivery and content programming needs. Create monthly sales materials and presentation decks to the Digital platforms.

I launched this 501c3 non-profit organization as all breed foster based rescue specializing in animals surrendered by their families. Currently, I work directly with shelters, hospice, and elderly facilities assisting animals when other care is not available. I focus on upholding the organization’s mandate dedicated to finding homes through compassionate fosters and adopters who provide loving and functional homes. I served as Director – Domestic Cable & Digital Distribution managing all video and file distribution, client relations, video and file rejections, and shipments and tracking. The role covered Domestic Basic and Pay Cable, TV Networks, Residential, Hotel, and Internet Digital Media Distribution for On Demand markets. My position included maintaining a $10M annual budget and supervising a staff of 5. As Director, I partnered with Domestic Cable and Digital Media Distribution Sales meeting client contracts and availability dates for each market. I also managed HDEF and Standards-Def re-mastering of Theatrical features and TV product meeting advanced technical standards. I served as Supervisor and Manager of Pay Television Distribution spearheading distribution services for Domestic Pay TV. I worked with Domestic Syndication and Offnet servicing satellite feeds and video materials. I also maintained Pay TV and Domestic TV masters utilizing digital masters created by corporate mastering services and post production department. My role included establishing satellite relay of programs for WB Network, Canada, and Domestic Syndication ensuring adequate broadcasting time for TV programing.
