Founder Of Joly Wicks CandlesJoly Wicks Jan 2021 - Jun 2021During one of the Lockdowns I decided to create my own business up-cycling wine bottles into luxury candles. Over a course of 6 months I taught myself how to cut and polish the wine bottles to create containers, designed my scents and luxury candles. The end result was a profitable small business (and a lot of free candles!) Through this experience I learnt the basics of building a business and brand as well as the requirements to scale it to meet demands.
