Broker Sales Associate
CurrentI have been intricately involved in the Chicagoland real estate community for over 40 years, having successfully closed over a thousand transactions since becoming licensed in 1980. I'm a full service broker and I have marketed every kind of property, in every kind of condition in every price range from $16000 tear downs and board ups to $1,700,00 mansions and historic homes and everything else in between. It’s nearly impossible to list all of my awards or achievements over the decades but a few to spotlight include being the #3 Realtor for Prudential in the Chicagoland area in 1999, and was also ranked #3 in the Oak Park Board of Realtors for production that year. I've received nearly every category of sales award from the Illinois Association of Realtors over the years. But my biggest accomplishments have been saving vintage homes in Illinois & Michigan; getting women off of welfare and into their own homes; housing Veterans; saving homes from foreclosure and wrecking balls and restoring homes and neighborhoods all over the Chicago area, one at a time. One of my other passions is training and mentoring other agents. I have served in multiple leadership roles within various brokerage operations, including tenure as a Team Leader at Keller Williams Real Estate Professionals in Oak Park. I have served on the Board of Directors of the Oak Park Area Association of Realtors and on the Forest Park Zoning Board from 2000-2008. I've been involved in many charitable causes including Habitat for Humanity, Wounded Warriors, Housing for Veterans, hurricane relief and more.I currently reside in Forest Park and love spending time with my 3 adult children and 3 grandchildren aged . and hanging out with clients, friends and other desirables and undesirables having fun; listening to music; browsing or buying vintage art or furniture and looking for good deals in real estate where-ever I travel!
