With over 25 years of progressive executive leadership and entrepreneurial experience, I am a senior HR thought leader and subject matter expert in global total rewards and compensation. I also collaborate with executive leadership, committees, and boards of directors as a trusted advisor to achieve current and future business goals. In addition, I teach and share my extensive perspicacity of human resources, global total rewards, advanced employee benefits and compensation as an adjunct instructor at University of California, Berkeley. I am passionate about developing and empowering my employees and colleagues, and I serve as a board of director and human capital committee member for Epic Experience, a non-profit organization that provides outdoor adventures++ for adult cancer survivors, plus serve as a board of director for Colorado Dream Foundation helping children (and families) navigate education and life, offering academic, social, and emotional support as they learn, grow, and achieve their dreams.
