About Jolynn Lenz

With over 25 years of progressive executive leadership and entrepreneurial experience, I am a senior HR thought leader and subject matter expert in global total rewards and compensation. I have a proven track record of saving hundreds of millions of dollars through strategic compensation and benefits restructuring, managing plan and program budgets in excess of $1 billion+, and leveraging my vast knowledge of corporate and legal requirements to steer organizations through periods of accelerated growth and capitalize on organizational growth opportunities.Currently, I am working with a large client (approx. 45,000 employees) as interim VP of Total Rewards at Korn Ferry, a global organizational consulting firm, where I provide strategic solutions and operational excellence for all aspects of total rewards. Additional experience includes global M&A, IPO, joint ventures, joint ownership agreements, change in control, and HR policy restructure. I also collaborate with executive leadership, committees, and boards of directors as a trusted advisor to achieve current and future business goals. In addition, I teach and share my extensive perspicacity of human resources, global total rewards, advanced employee benefits and compensation as an adjunct instructor at University of California, Berkeley. I am passionate about developing and empowering my employees and colleagues, and I serve as a board of director and human capital committee member for Epic Experience, a non-profit organization that provides outdoor adventures++ for adult cancer survivors, plus serve as a board of director for Colorado Dream Foundation helping children (and families) navigate education and life, offering academic, social, and emotional support as they learn, grow, and achieve their dreams.
