At Raising Canes, I predominantly work in the drive thru because I enjoy the fast pace. Every day, I take and bag orders, make drinks, and exchange payments as well as interact with hundreds of customers. I have been promoted twice and am currently tasked with training new hires. When I’m not in drive thru, I expedite orders on front counter or assemble the boxes in kitchen.

During the 2019 summer, I was tasked with assisting guest relations and satisfaction. I did this through in-person conflict resolution and collecting emails. Along with this, I was in charge of collecting guest demographic information such as income and visit frequency.

As an editor, I managed around 8 students each season. I assisted them with writing, photography, and interview skills in relation to sports, as well as spell-checking and organizing the senior section for two years.
