Hewlett-Packard career began in June 1995 as a process operator in wafer fabrication at the Corvallis, Oregon site. Within a year of starting, became the Incoming Quality Assurance operator and worked closely with Process Engineering to ensure critical material was within specification limits. Promoted to Lead Process Operator in Aug 1999 in recognition of level of work performed in assigned wafer fabrication process area as well as providing support to development engineering teams. Promoted once again in Oct 2000 to Process Integration Technician and provided support to the Planning Manager for daily and monthly build plans.
