Working at the interface between the technical and commercial worlds, with people looking to realise a common goal and build something special, is what drives me. I believe in the ability of scientific and technical research to bring about significant impact and change, and greatly enjoy seeing that through to fruition.My experiences with SimPrints, Horizon Discovery, and my founding position within PetMedix, have had me at the interface between leading scientists and engineers, and the real world applications of their work. Connecting them, building strategy with and for them, and getting these ideas funded are the main areas where I've been working to add value to the teams I've been part of and helped grow.I've been very fortunate in a lot of the opportunities I've had in life, and an area of great importance for me is the equality of opportunity for all talented people, no matter their demographic or origins.
