CurrentI advise companies, individuals and institutions on a wide range of complex and high value commercial disputes and contentious matters. I work closely with clients to resolve disputes and solve problems, either by engaging directly with the other side or via Court proceedings or alternative dispute resolution (including mediation).I have particular experience of disputes involving businesses within the financial services industry and disputes involving allegations of fraud I have trial experience before the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court. I advise on matters including breach of duty, civil fraud, commercial contract disputes and enforcement actions.
