Under the Project Development Division, I was tasked to:• Handled all the linkages with partner countries and international organizations. • Acted as an oversight of the fund sourcing of programs and projects with regards to the bilateral and multilateral agreements between the Department of Education, partner countries and/or international institutions• Conceptualization and development of the programs and projects.• To write grant proposals, concept notes, desk research, etc.
