I'm a millennial marketer, a brand lover, sports junkie, and a frustrated economist.I discovered my love for brands because of Nike, Kobe Bryant and the commercials as a kid watching noon-time cartoons and Laker games. When social media became a thing and interactions with brands became more fun, I realized marketing will play a bigger role than ever. I got my foundations in marketing through my economics classes, specifically my microeconomics class. Eventually, became obsessed with how brands, behavioral economics and marketing shape the lives of the people.Launched the Wave Creative Group back in 2017 together with a bunch of young misfits who have complimentary skills and experiences to help brands and businesses in navigating their way through the fast-changing world of marketing in the digital era with a vision that revolves around social media.That vision grew as we continue to work with some of the notable brands in the country while marketing strategies continue to adapt to the ever changing behaviors of people. Social media and the digital world became the center of those strategies.Looking back from my experiences working with NGOs, the Philippine government, and the private sector, I realized there are a lot of problems that needs to be solved.
