• Identify all sport and recreation provision within the local community - Establish a delivery plan, which will feed into the overall College strategy.• To develop and secure effective relationships and partnerships which contribute to the promotion, participation and usage of the Inspire facilities.• To liaise with local sports councils, regional committees and national governing bodies to align priorities and generate income.• Consulting with clients, members, the community and local sporting organisations to ensure high levels of facility utilisation.• To manage budgets, controlling finance allocated for community activities and sometimes coordinating or raising sponsorship;• Undertaking or commissioning research and collating, mapping and monitoring data;• Producing promotional literature, reports and event materials and liaising with marketing and media organisations;• Making presentations to grant-making bodies and/or relevant authorities• To make a significant contribution to the Inspire Commercial targets as outlined in the business plan and all associated documents.• Maintaining high levels of customer care to sustain current business and generate new users• Manage and undertake administrative tasks as required to effectively monitor and deliver successful outcomes.• Monitor, evaluate and review schemes and activities as appropriate and produce associated reports, which meet the needs of the business

Responsible for the development of the aquatics programme in both the main swimming pool and hydrotherapy pool for children, young people and adults at Seashell Trust. To ensure a successful development and delivery of the fully inclusive Seashell Swim Community programme teaching a wide range of ages and abilities. To offer a positive contribution towards further development and continuous improvement through commitment, imagination and flair across the scheme to all participants.
