About Jomarc T. Avides
Ever since I was a little kid, I have been a naturally curious person with a passion for technology. Having being exposed to video games at an early age and helping my mom use tech throughout the years. I love to dig into a customers problem and help solve them with modern technology and seeing and knowing that what I do makes a difference. I have enjoyed many customer operations, support hybrid positions throughout my career in Product Operations, Content Analysis and Marketing Operations. One of my proudest achievements while interning is maintaining a customer satisfaction rate of over 85%.Outside of work I am a part time college student pursing a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing.
