Jo is a 4x founder, design strategist, and MBA professor who specializes in resilient business models and systemic transformation within legacy industries. She is a co-founder of Mothership Materials, a deep tech materials science company that captures nutrients discarded in ag waste to create the world’s most sustainable ingredients, fuels and feedstocks. She previously founded and led MOTHER SUPERIOR, a venture fund and impact foundry that aligned purpose-driven entrepreneurs with exponential impact models.
