I oversee the delivery, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), commissioning, Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and the final handover, ensuring all processes are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.In resolving technical issues, I work closely with product, service, and other internal divisions to deliver solutions that meet both client needs and internal objectives. I also review contracts and conduct thorough risk analyses to execute projects in accordance with all requirements.My responsibilities include managing internal and external resources—engineers, contractors, and equipment suppliers—to ensure successful project execution.
