When WRS was established I created the Oil & Gas Division with the goal of providing a service to our clients across the Oil & Gas Sector that came as a breath of fresh air to the industry. As well as heading up WRS's Oil & Gas Divison I personally recruited initially in the Geoscience & Reservoir Engineering sector for Operators and Consultancies on the NCS before moving into the Engineering sector working on both Upstream & Downstream projects. I worked in conjuction with a small number of clients with whom I undertook projects that ranged from working exclusively on major Offshore Installations to source talented Offshore Installation Engineers specifically with FPSO/ FSO experience to recruiting all manner of Senior Management and Engineering professionals for GTL projects.

I have climbed the ranks at Leap29 rapidly since starting my Construction Recruitment career in 2005. Beginning my career recruiting in the Scottish Civil QS market I progressed to taking over the recruitment for the Scottish Build & Civil QS market.In my current position I am now responsible for the recruitment of all levels of Commercial and Construction staffing. My Remit includes but is not limited to: Specialised Recruitment for - Commercial Managers - Commercial Directors - Quantity Surveyors - Estimators -Project Managers - Contracts Managers - Construction Managers - Construction Directors within Main Contracting disciplines throughout Scotland.Within my role I am also responsible for the management of team of Junior Recruitment Consultants.
