My lived experience is boosted by my qualifications and professional experience in change management, project management and organisational development. I seek to disrupt the status quo with the goal of creating culturally and psychologically safer environments; workforce mutuality; recognising the incredible value of lived experience and removing barriers to achievement. I have experience as a leader, analyst, consultant, trainer and small business owner.I enjoy working in the Community Health and Development sector which strongly aligns to my values of social equity and accessible health care, education and employment for marginalised communities and those with lived experience of disadvantage. I add value by utilising my consumer and carer lived experience across mental health and AOD, and leveraging the skills and acumen I have developed across my diverse professional career. My experiences as a neurodiverse LGBTIQ+ person shape my work in the ways it gives me a unique skillset advantage, social acumen and as an advocate for others. My strengths are in lived experience leadership, change management, consultation, relationship building, organisational design, business solutions, process development, planning, communication and analysis.
