DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for the quality and workmanship of every activity, through knowledge of all phases of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary operations.Ensuring they meet the specified project requirements and standard by consistent monitoring of the process and proper works/activities.Review and approved PQP, Pre-qualification, Material Submittal and Samples, Method Statement, ITP's and other documents.Review and surveillance of reinforcement material certificate and material receiving.Initiate Site Observation Report or Non-Conformance, and prepare Non-Conformance Report and follow-up for Close-Out.Conduct QC Inspection and testing based on Inspection and Test Plan, Checklist, Method Statement and Working Procedure.Check M/s Contractors or workers activities to ensure their works comply with the project specification and international standard.Report to the M/s Contractor (QC Department) for Non Compliance with the requirements.Maintain all quality records properly documented for filing, handling over upon completion of the project.Observing site safety practices and the progress of the work. Reporting any concern.Attend a weekly meeting for progressive report with the Client.M/s Contractor and Third Party.1111Perform all other duties given by Project Manager and Direct Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTIONOversees the production process, carrying out inspections, checking the moulds, steel and concrete, sampling materials, as wel as testing specimens.Check the required lifting and fixing points as well as the PVL connecting loop/wire loop, tongue and groove, stiffener column lintel beam and corbel will be placed as per approval shop drawing.Respond to Request for Inspection/Approval in a timely manner; Prepared a daily checklist for fabrication of precast concrete elements.By steam curing process ensure that the temperature should be fully controlled to avoid non-uniformity. The concrete should be prevented from rapid drying and cooling which would form cracks.Establish good working relationship with the Consultant and Client staffs;Ensuring better quality standards of the finished product of precast and hallow core slab panel by consistent monitoring of the process and proper production sequence;Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise;

Abu Dhabi

 Monitor all activities on site production to see if all works are done according to specification and construction procedures; Inspection of moulds/formworks and rebar/steel fabrication. Check the required lifting and fixing points as well as the stiffener and ribs will be placed before releasing to the production. Performed tests as per project specifications and according to relevant standards such asWash-out Test, Mixing Slump Test, and Material inspection; Verified the mix proportions to ensure the correct material and quantity have been used for the project. Check the used equipment and tools are calibrated and valid calibration certificates. Ensuring better quality standards of the finished product of GRC/GRP panel cladding by consistent monitoring of the process and proper production sequence; Attend to all RFI (Request for Inspection) requests from Production Department and provide comments if necessary; Respond to Request for Inspection/Approval in a timely manner; Participate in Quality Management coordination Meeting.

• Conduct surveillance and reviews of the quality system. • Attend Soil/Concrete Testing, Rebar and Formworks Inspection, Material inspection; • Attend to all RFI (Request for Inspection) requests from Sub-Contractors and provide comments if necessary and signed off accordingly; • Monitor all activities on site to see if all works are done according to specification and construction procedures; • Ensuring better quality standards of the finished product by consistent monitoring of the process and proper production sequence; • Ensure all method statements and inspection test plans are being progressed as planned; • Monitor close-out of corrective actions; • Prepare Non Conformance Report and follow-up for Close out; • Respond to Request for Inspection/Approval in a timely manner; • Participate in Quality Management coordination Meeting; • Provide technical statutory advices on some Construction works, attend other duties assigned or directed by the QC Manager

• Inspection and supervised all works of sub-contractors both Structural and Architectural. • Updating Work Accomplishment Report and Progress Report. • Prepare and inspect/evaluate progress billing every week. • Attend weekly coordination meeting with all sub-contractors. • Inspects contractor work preparation, completed work and reviews contractor work plans. • Responsible for scheduling of manpower compliment and materials, purchase and deliveries; preparation of necessary documents such as design, drawings, permits and its maintenance. • Passing of Accomplishment Report daily to the Project Manager.

• Estimate Bill of Materials for the projects. • Attend for Pre/Bidding. • Inspect and supervise all works both Structural and Architectural. • Passing of Accomplishment Report daily to the Project Engineer. • File all important documents (plans, letters, contract etc.) • Updating Work Accomplishment Report and Progress Report. • Prepare and inspect/evaluate progress billing every week. • Attend weekly coordination meeting with all sub-contractors. • Inspects contractor work preparation, completed work and reviews contractor work plans. • Monitors contractors safe working practices, schedule performance and general construction activities on site.
