I am a researcher in the field of cell and molecular biology, biotechnology, and drug discovery. With a background in cell and molecular biology and microbial biotechnology, after receiving M.Sc. in 2018, I started research collaboration (2019-2021) with Dr. Parham Jabbarzadeh Kaboli, the former assistant professor in pharmacology at Southwest Medical University, China, where we focused on the mechanism of drug resistance in the triple-negative breast cancer, leading to one research and one review papers. There, I was involved in pharmaco-transcriptomic analysis of genes involved in resistance of TNBC cells to lapatinib and berberine. In addition to genomic analysis of data obtained from in vitro and clinical studies, I have background in biological experiments (e.g., WB, ELISA, RT-PCR, Real-time PCR etc.). Furthermore, I have published three more articles in collaboration with the Razi Vaccine & Serum Research Institute, Mashhad, Iran.As a plan for my future research direction, I am strongly interested in cancer research, and I pursue a PhD position in cancer biology and cancer pharmacology.
