Everything from digital design, to project development, and tailored solution planning using the latest in A.I. tech, I worked closely with the lead dev to create the coolest most impactful experiences for our clients ever.

I wrote blog posts and article all about my lessons and insight into productivity, learning, growth, and unpacking complex issues and problems. I ended this when I evolved into writing more specific content for my Substack, "Freelancer Etc."

I started the OfferZen Podcast in 2019 without any foundations for this kind of operation (other than a content team), and helped grow a community of software professionals from South Africa, to The Netherlands, to the rest of the world as well.My main function was to build podcast and content systems that could run like a well-oiled machine, and engage with the likes of really epic CTOs, CPOs, CPOs, tech recruiters, tech founders, and senior engineers, to unpack lessons they've learned about anything and everything from running a great product, to leading a world-class tech team, to building one's own personal operating system.At its 1.5 year anniversary, it was sitting at around 1000 downloads per month, with guests from the likes of Google, Microsoft, WeTransfer, Disney, Recruitee, Codility, Booking.com, TomTom, GitHub, Netflix, and Reddit.As the only person working on the podcast, some of my missions included:— Hosting and produce the podcast— Editing the podcast (including mixing audio, and cutting and editing video)— Writing blog content— Marketing the podcast— Building an engaged community of developers across the world— Finding and host epic people from cool companies— Running live podcast sessions, with live audience Q&A— Building content systems and pipeline management systems
