Contracted Training Manager in charge of teaching salon apprentices practical skills throughout their college placements alongside running my own business as a freelance hairdresser.

I started working as an assistant at 13 and went on to do my NVQ Level 2 in Hairdressing followed immediately by Level 3. I quickly proved myself and was promoted to a Senior Stylist in reflection of my client retention and revenue generation. I then attended a make-up course and was in charge of all bridal parties booking in to the salon specialising in wedding hair and make-up. I expressed my interest in education and attended a course in training to which led on to my second promotion of Training Manager.
