•Manage all aspects of 27 direct reports, including 3 apprentices and 8 shift mechanics. Responsible for daily job assignments, prioritization of emergent job assignments, training (regulatory and skill enhancement) determination, planning, and execution. Weekly verification of hours worked and signing for payroll approval.•Chair weekly meetings with department heads to coordinate planned and emergent work tasks.
