Jon Abrahams leads Jpixx LLC, an internationally award-winning filmmaker, digital marketing guru, and accomplished cinematographer and video editor.Accepted and screened at the 2012 Cannes Film festival with their short film "In Captivity," Jpixx has also received special recognition for their various projects at the NAB show in Vegas, the Miami International Film Festival, and the BFI Awards Show in London. On the marketing side, Jpixx exploded on the scene in 2013 by opening shop full time, doing digital creative work for the region and beyond. In addition to government contracts, Jpixx also teams up with advertising agencies and directly with businesses and organizations to provide video marketing consultation and video production services. Jpixx currently works with the cities of VaBeach, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Newport News, and Williamsburg as well as NASA/USAID, EVMS, Dupont and dozens of other clients.Before that, Abrahams created and managed a robust in-house photo/video department for O'Brien Et al. Advertising. Through his 9-year tenure, he gained valuable experience with managing international brands (Nissan USA), developing regionalized media channels (Patio Pitch, ECSC360) and produced/directed projects in LA, Chicago, DC, San Francisco, Kauai, Detroit, Nashville, China and Japan.With Jpixx, Jon is heavily involved in the local community, with ongoing resources devoted to the Virginia Beach Jaycees, Roc Solid Foundation, Tidewater Arts Outreach, Girls on the Run, ACCESS College Foundation and the Virginia Beach Education Foundation.Abrahams is an acclaimed photographer, musician and all-around fly guy. He's madly in love with his college sweetheart / Jpixx co-owner Teviya Abrahams and overly documents his two children, Nova and Epic.
