I am a recent graduate from California State University Long Beach, with a bachelor's of business administration, computer information systems. I am currently improving customer experience in my current position as an associate for In-N-Out. I identified areas of improvement when I transferred to another location, precisely, customer service quality and order accuracy in the drive-thru. When I associated with customers, I clarified orders, maintained a friendly attitude, and advised other associates to do the same. These tactics helped me take people's orders mistakes-free, which increased the rate of cars served per hour from 35 vehicles to 50 vehicles serve every 30 minutes. I provide quality to my work in a fast-paced environment through my current position, working with my team to ensure customer satisfaction and meet company goals. I plan to continue the same quality of efficiency in my future career as a Database Administrator.Through a deep educational background, of general computer skills such as:• Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, and Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VBA, Macros)• Data Management Programs: MySQL, Access, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle• Programming Skills (C, C++, Python)• Web Development (HTML, Adobe Dreamweaver, JavaScript, CSS) I plan to implement my knowledge into real-world projects that positively affect stakeholders' lives and the world. One key trait I possess is creativity; I enjoy making designs for houses, drawing, and programming various sites and virtual interfaces in my free time. I love combining my creativity with knowledge and critical thinking to make sure my projects are efficient and make a difference in someone's life. I am eager to be a part of innovation; the key is to create new ways to make individuals' lives more tactical.
