Currently, I'm responsible for the overall success of FBD Vanguard's Southern California division. I manage current employees and hire new ones. I help set up and manage Vanguards new Norco, CA office. I help creating efficient and productive work plans for completing Caltrans contracts and making sure those plans are clearly communicated to PM, Superintendents and Foreman. Im responsible for building and maintaining positive working relationships with Caltrans, General Contractors, Unions and material subcontractors. I build our long range schedule and coordinate with Caltrans or General Contractors. I ensure billings and extra work reports are submitted accurately and timely. I'm responsible for Vanguard SoCal overall schedule and coordinate and attend all meetings required.
