Assistant Store Manager
- My position as ASM-Operations with Neiman Marcus Last Call was eliminated effective 08/31/2020 with the closure of our location. My responsibilities and accomplishments included:
- Manage all daily operations of the store across functional teams; selling, receiving, web fulfillment and loss prevention.
- Directly supervise a team of 30 which includes keyholders, leads, loss prevention investigators, selling, and support associates.
- Serve as Manager on Duty. Observe and provide in the moment coaching/feedback to sales associates relating selling behaviors back to the Last Call GIFT selling model.
- Create weekly schedule using payroll allocation and shoppertrak metrics to maximize staffing effectiveness during peak traffic periods.
- Administer all company systems for our location: Oracle, I-procurement, Kronos, Taleo, LPMS, Liberty Mutual Accident reporting, Service Now Portal, and Vector alarm monitoring,
