Airport Consultant and Advisor in Tocumen International Airport

Working in AIRPORT GURUS as Airport Consultant developing, reviewing and approving all documentation related to Standard Operations Processes (SOPs) required for Airport Security, Utilities and TOCC (Terminal Operational Control Center) for Jeddah International Airport (Saudi Arabia). Measurement indicators must be facilitated in real-time about the performance of the new procedures to be deployed. Collaborating in the definition and design of KPA (Key Performance Areas) and KPI (Key Performance Indicators) and later implementation of continuous improvement procedures as part of the SOPs definition.Based in Barcelona (Headquarters) and travelling frequently to Jeddah to meet the client and other stakeholders in order to agree on the criteria applicable for each Operational Process specific for that airport. Responsible of representing the company meetings for technical , coordination and management aspects.

Working in ULTRA ELECTRONICS as Design and Delivery oriented Interface Manager. Dealing with the Interface for several Airport Systems in Muscat and Salalah Airports.o Security Systems: CCTV, Access Control, Perimeter Security Systems, Screening Equipment, Validation Totems, E-Gates…o Operational Systems: FIDS, IPTV, Counters, Baggage Handling System, Information Broker…o Networks: Core systems, Data Centers, Masterclock networks, UTS network and phones, WLAN network and Access Points…o TETRA: Different type of TETRA networks (GSR, ISS).o Microwave Links. Undertaking the systems mentioned above for the following tasks:• Arrange and attend Interface meetings and workshops.• Identifying and resolving Interface dependencies and report and assisting for critical issues for Management. • Lead point of contact for other contractor and subcontractors.• Creating and closing Interface Agreements.• Documenting and reporting Interface Management to Head of Operations. • Recognize and understand Design development and changes and help to resolve any design related issue to identify and mitigate impact on delivery.• Responsible for the submittal, record and reply of any Interface Information Request for any other contractor.• Coordination with other contractors to ensure they are delivering to meet our design requirements.• Coordinate ULTRA’s Subcontracts delivery teams.• Site acceptance with other contractors minuted and evidenced.• Recording, managing and escalating “snags” with other contractors.• Tracking and progress reporting working together with planners for proper planning coordination.• Arranging and attending site surveys and sites visits.

Working in INDRA in Air Traffic Management field as Systems, Installation and Design Engineer. Experience in design, delivery and integration of every kind of systems related to Air traffic control. Used to deal with subcontractors and material suppliers to get things done on time, also with clients to understand, discuss and provide functionalities required. Worked and involved in several Airport systems around the world. • Radars (primary and secondary) and trasponders.• Voice and communications control systems.• VHF Radios, microwave links,and telephone Lines.• MET systems (sensors, servers and data displays).• ATM control systems.• Recording and playback systems.• ATM Simulation Systems (180 and 360 degree Simulators to train pilots and controllers).• UPS and Generators connections.• All kind of IT and Network System design and installation.• Fiber Optic installation, connection and testing.• Power & Data connections needed for every system above.• Purchase, pack and delivery of any equipment or material related to those systems.Experience also in specific Project documentation and trainings given related to systems mentioned above.• Installation Designs and As Built documents.• Method Statements.• System Testing and commissioning Documents.• Site Acceptance Test Reports.• Packing Lists and Deliveries.• Autocad and Visio detailed drawings and schematics.• Trainings or presentations to clients.
