Service Delivery Manager
Current- Managing the end-to-end process from order intake to order completion
- Working internally with different business units specifically sales, technical provisioning to verifying orders, planning, solutions, prepping equipment
- Working externally with both vendors and customer which requires perfect coordination - while achieving customer's expectation
- Scheduling field engineers and managing pre & post on-site activities Planning logistic of equipment for deployment
- Completing delivered orders with detailed information, preparing for invoicing. Maintaining our internal system and dashboards to keep overview of order status and -issues.
