North London

I am currently a Branch Manager Team Leader for the North London Community, my role is to lead 6 commercially valuable and complex branches (70+ Fte) as well as supporting the Community Leader in day to day running of the wider 20+ branches that make up North London.Customer Experience, Collegue development/support, Commercial performance, Citezenship and conduct risk are all areas that I am involved and lead on.I also work closely with all specialist roles such as Business, Premier and Mortgage.I have had the opportunity and am involved in multiple national projects which has allowed me to help build and develop future aganda's for Barclays collegues.
