As the focus of the organisation lent into acceleration of new products to global markets my role evolved to focus on key business priorities. I lead a global team responsible for the planning and oversight of the New Product/Line Extension portfolio to international markets (AfME, Asia Pacific, China, Eastern Europe, Latin America).In parallel to my portfolio accountabilities, I continue to represent Pfizer EU Reg Affairs at the EFPIA trade Association (European Regulatory Affairs and Operations Expert Group).During my tenure of this role, I have been responsible for many key achievements within our global organisation that include and expand beyond my portfolio remit.• Establishing a global team with diverse backgrounds and skillsets to drive growth planning. Moving work previously centralised in North American to global locations. • Designed a robust planning and oversight process as part of the Global Development Framework process.• Advanced the role of the Global Submission Manager to Filing Plan creation ahead of commercial endorsement. Building on SMART technologies as a key enabler to Digital Transformation. • Led the Reg Ops input to the Accord initiative, a business priority to ensure our innovative portfolio is available to patients who need it in Middle/Low-income markets. • Led Reg Ops input to the Pfizer Ignite business strategy whereby Pfizer engages to provide input and support to Biotech’s in early development.

Continuing in my role as a member of the Global Submissions Management Leadership Team, I was rotated to take leadership of the international regions – covering Africa Middle East, Eastern Europe, and Latin America. My teams were responsible for the planning and delivery of Regulatory Submissions to Health Authorities across in scope regions – covering activity from New Registration to Lifecycle Management. In parallel to my portfolio accountabilities, I also represented Pfizer EU Reg Affairs, in a now expanded scope role at the EFPIA trade Association (European Regulatory Affairs and Operations Expert Group).During my tenure of this role, I was responsible for many key achievements within our global organisation.• Established a planning and delivery model to create focus and strengthening of our roles. This was enabled through the off shoring of delivery to hubs in Chennai. • Established a Pfizer colleague base in South America (Bogota) to provide LatAm for LatAm support to our regulatory portfolio.• During my time in leadership of this function, I oversaw an increase in our performance in planning and delivery from <40% to >70% in all regions.

As a member of the Global Submissions Management Leadership Team, I was responsible for team who drove the planning and delivery of Regulatory Submissions to Health Authorities in Europe.In parallel to my portfolio accountabilities, I also represented Pfizer EU Reg Operations at the EFPIA trade Association (Regulatory Information and Technology Expert Group).Throughout my time in this position, I was responsible for global transformation projects that impacted hundreds of colleges in global markets. These projects provided the foundation from which transformation and automation is now being built upon.• I led the global integration of Submissions Management with Regulatory Strategy via the Planning and Monitoring initiative. A project designed to increase the visibility and reliability of portfolio activity.• I led the development and implementation of KPI and Metrics across Regulatory functions so we could measure and understand how we perform.• I led a global technology project to integrate the planning, regulatory milestone and registration tracking across Global Regulatory Affairs.

As a Business Manager for Worldwide Regulatory and Quality Assurance, I was responsible for enabling senior leadership to make business decisions through the development and provision of resource, budget and process KPI/metrics analysis. During my tenure in this role, I had the opportunity to engage as business lead in many organisational initiatives including but not limited to – • Global Quality Assurance Organisational redesign, • Global Reg Affairs integration of Regulatory Operations, • Establishment of Regulatory operations footprints in Shanghai to support “follow the sun” capabilities.
