I write regularly for MLS' official website (often profiling Spanish-speaking players in an effort to help English-speaking fans connect with the stars they cheer for) and ESPN FC (including features on MLS, the U.S. men's national team and the Concacaf region).I was also the featured writer for the official site of the 2023 Leagues Cup, telling deeper stories about the teams and players taking part in the competition and the culture surrounding the clubs and their supporters. Topics covered included Lionel Messi's arrival to MLS, how soccer is reflected in Miami's street art, how Leagues Cup is bringing a new flavor to Columbus' history as the home of the US-Mexico rivalry, Nashville's music scene being reflected in its supporters culture and much more.My work also has recently appeared in publications such as the New York Times, The Athletic, D Magazine, BBC Sport, Copa Libertadores' official site, Chevrolet's New Roads magazine (in English and Spanish) and Sports Illustrated's Latino-focused vertical En Fuego.
