In this role I was responsible for locating, assessing and on-boarding talent to drive business profits, and strengthening brand image. I was responsible for hiring all positions, including Store Manager, at all company locations. I regulated and oversaw all professional recruiting accounts like Glassdoor, Indeed, and our internal company career site. I introduced all new hires to our company policies, procedures, and training protocol and ensured a smooth immersion into the store. As Store Trainer, I was assigned to drive performance of underperforming locations, assist in recruiting talent by training managers on what qualities to look for in candidates, and act as a support structure for both management and associates. I trained associates and new managers to follow our internal sales process, coached in-the-moment to instill consistency, and ensured company policies were being observed and followed by staff. It was my responsibility to ensure that managers were confidently trained to maximize sales and consistency with additional knowledge in coaching and guiding their teams. Additional responsibilities included creatively modifying visual merchandising when necessary to orchestrate arrival and display of new products, assessing inventory, ordering products, and drafting schedules.
