I also ordered a large amount of the stock we held on the 7 acre site and when the decision was made to expand the retail shop to a two storey, 1000sq.m retail shop I lead the project for selecting the product ranges, negotiating purchase price and credit terms and working to a strict budget.I then progressed to Sales Director in 2010 and played a key role in pushing the business towards it goals and targets of reaching a far greater turnover and nett profit. I managed the companies H&S and ensured we were compliant with all current legislation. Understanding seasonal fluctuations in business turnover was paramount on ensuring costs were kept to a minimum and optimising on opportunities to capitalise on seasonal peaks.
