Led bi-weekly department meetings with other planners to provide an overview of categories to merchants and management.• Achieved lower RDC ordering minimums by building relationships with key vendors and negotiating for better ordering terms and to help improve on time fill rates.• Use JDA to create weekly purchase orders (POs) and to review forecasts in JDA Demand360. Analyze inbound and existing RDC inventory to ensure appropriate levels. • Held accountable for $13.9M planned budget by utilizing the Open to Buy tool and identifying opportunities to improve buying and stocking decisions that increase inventory productivity while improving fill rate. Achieve this goal by analyzing data to better deploy dollars and come in under the forecasted budget ($11.8M).• Coordinate with vendors, logistics, third party logistics team and RDCs on discrepancies and prioritizing purchase orders. Communicate all risks and delays to management. Work to optimize network inventory with internal RDC to RDC transfers• Work with vendors to ensure that product is set up correctly in the system.
