> Planning and implementing consumer sales activities for Castrol product.> Partner with Distributor Development team to maximize indirect sales opportunities.> Hiring, training, motivating, and developing Territory Sales Managers and Key Account Managers.> Working with TSM's and KAM's to create marketing plans to assist distributors and key customers with growth.> Manage all budgets to control cost, while maximizing sales and profits> Work across functions and sales teams to leverage best practices and facilitate collaboration on business priorities> Responsible for initiating the Financial Models and business case for strategic investment against prospective and existing accounts.> Handle all internal issues/disputes with distributors> Develop high level business relationships with distributors and customers> Working with TSM's/KAM's and Commercial Evaluation team in securing financial approval for deals.
