As President of Omnitech Systems Inc. I have Created a unique medical device (US Patent 10,278,767) and built a new product line around the technology. Added three new customers based on the development of the technology.To date the product has brought in three million dollars into the company in new business with a potential of bringing up to 15 million dollars per year when fully introduced into the market.Elected to President of the Omnitech Systems, Inc. board of directors.I personally oversee all areas of Omnitech Systems, Inc. with full reports from quality assurance, manufacturing, engineering, research and development, regulatory affairs, information technology, document control, human resources, and tool room personnel. Along with these reports I am also responsible for profit and loss, cash flow management, and budgeting.In the last two years I have also led a design team to successfully developed two other projects/products that are currently selling in the medical device market.Currently developing another new product with patent potential with a design and development team.

As Operations Manager I oversee all aspects of the design, development, and manufacture of high quality proprietary medical devices in the fields of Urology and Gynecology. I have responsibility for Profit and Loss, Budgeting, Quality,Company Growth, and Delivery to the major multi-national distribution companies that we serve.Additionally, I have a role managing the research and development department with a goal of putting at least two new products onto the market every year. My main responsibility is to provide analysis of where the market is going in the future and chart a course toward meeting the needs of physicians with innovative devices. I am tasked with forming a vision for the future and ensuring that the company is properly staffed with talented, well-trained employees.As the Director of Operations I was responsible for carrying out the desires of the Board of Directors with regard to the operations of the facility. All personnel either directly or indirectly reported to me. Profit and Loss, Budgeting, Maintaining the quality of the products, increasing the unit margin on products and insuring that the workforce was properly trained are a few of the responsibilities.I coordinated a move from five separate buildings to one large facility to increase efficiency and was responsible for setting up the operations in the new facility.I also created an agreement to purchase the building that we were leasing.During this time, the company was profitable and grew over 10% per year in sales.As Operations Manager my responsibilities included ensuring that all lines of production were efficient, properly staffed and trained, and on-schedule. My first experience within the Omnitech Systems organization was as the Materials Manager. I was responsible for all purchasing within the organization including all components for 500 products within several product lines. I selected vendors based on their capabilities and negotiated pricing using a blanket order system. The blanket order system helped to reduce cost of goods sold by 12% within a two year period. I also expanded the vendor base and put a three quote minimum policy into place to ensure that vendors were competitive with their pricing. As Materials Manager I was introduced to the Quality Systems Regulations under the Food and Drug Administration's GMP Part 820. and ISO 13485 regulations. To help provide a "Just In Time" delivery of components I co-created a Database system to track several different aspects of the production and material movements throughout the facility.
