Since October 2017, I have worked for Nestrans, the Regional Transport Partnership for Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire, as their Active Travel Development Officer. My daily focus is, together with others, to help deliver long overdue and much-needed improvements to the people and communities of the North East with proper, connected and meaningful, lasting interventions and projects that put walking, wheeling and cycling in their rightful place, namely BEFORE the motor vehicle.Prior to this, I proudly spent 30 years with Police Scotland (previously Grampian Police).
