• Declare and report imports to HMRC both accurately and within the regulations and stringent deadlines, as well as reporting on EU stock shipments and ensuring all records are maintained.
• Keep a full audit trail of activities and maintain an up to date spread sheet for all our import and export activity, as well as liaising with Basel and maintaining an up to date spread sheet for all our products.
• Report and retain records of any compliance irregularities and check that clearance documents (c88’s/E2’s) are completed accurately by freight forwarders
• Responsible for the handling of all imports and freight agents
• Deliver prompt and accurate clearance of all imports at port
• Ensure import licences are provided for all controlled drugs weeks prior to any deliveries

• To ensure that accurate base and discounted prices are held in Roche’s SAP system and that commercial Contracts are managed effectively across the Rx Supply Chain Team.
