I am a business development expert and relationship builder, specialising in digital technology & web development. I am passionate about building businesses, whether my own or my clients’, and I love doing that by harnessing the power of the best technology available, coupled with great design.I approach each day as “a new day to create”, and have done extensive executive coaching (amongst others with iDiscover), the insights of which I bring to my client work. As I learnt in iDiscover: - My Purpose is to create and identify possibilities that bring value into the world and my surroundings. - In my Essence, I am a creator, nurturer, entrepreneur.What I do:My friends know me to have never had a “proper job” – after studying Music Performance at University, my first role was working for a fellow entrepreneur in the property industry. The entrepreneurial match was lit, and I haven’t looked back since. Since then , I’ve been on an exciting business journey via the music industry– where I first learnt to utilise digital technology to fulfil business aims– to eventually turning my discovered passion for web design and development into growing a successful web design agency. 2023 will see the 10 year anniversary of the launch of Global Bay, my digital agency. It's been an incredible journey over the last decade, and my role leading the helm at Global Bay sees me taking responsibility for making new connections, spotting opportunities for us and our clients, and overseeing the technical delivery of our client projects. My professional skills:I pride myself on an acute attention to detail, and I always bring an open, honest and inquisitive approach to our clients.My skills lie in front end web development & design, digital problem solving, business management & planning, as well as networking/relationship building. The digital projects I am involved in at Global Bay drive sales conversions whilst ensuring a clear & consistent brand identity through great design. What I’m most proud of:- Finishing my degree top of my year with 1st class honours- Being able to make a difference to our clients’ and their customers’ lives by the work we provide. Often this work comes about from the tiniest seeds of ideas or conversations, and that’s what I love the most. Our continued work with clients like Valsanzibio and Sofa Magic are a great example of this.
