About Jon Bear

As a young man who had a dream to play rugby at a high level but struggled with his weight a coach taking me under their wing had a profound impact on me and my career. Now more than 10 years on I find myself in a position where I have the privilege of helping others achieve (their) peak performance each day. People are the most important aspect of any program and over the course of my career I have gained extensive experience in the development and implementation of people centric, performance optimisation programs. Operating across a broad spectrum of contexts, from the U8s rugby team, to International Rugby Union and now in the highly complex dynamic environment of the Air Force. In a world dominated by technology and data, people are still the key decision makers and I prepare individuals and teams to deliver worlds best performances in their chosen field each and every day.
