With management experience in bars, lounges, hotels and restaurants, Jon’s ability to take command of every facet of a multi-unit operation is unequalled.Beginning with the world renowned Gerber Group in 1997, Jon managed the Sky Bar at the Mondrian Hotel, was General Manager of the Whiskey Bar at the Sunset Marquis Hotel and General Manager of the Stone Rose Lounge at the Sofitel Hotel in Los Angeles. As Area Manager, he oversaw management teams and operations at Whiskey Blue in the W Hotel Westwood, the Stone Rose Lounge and Café Habana in Malibu, CA – where he was also an Operating Partner.As a senior manager in the Gerber Group, Jon was an integral part of the opening of over 10 locations for the company. Working with partners such as Accor Hotels, Starwood Hotels, Sol by Melia, Hard Rock Hotels and Fairmont Hotels and Resorts-Jon was an integral part of the expansion and opening of over 10 locations, both in the U.S. and abroad, for the company.
