For the past 8+ years, I have dedicated my expertise to building greenfield projects from inception to successful implementation. My expertise lies in building scalable solutions and leading global teams to achieve successful outcomes.I am responsible for managing a global team dedicated to developing an AWS cloud solution for transaction, position, and strategy tagging management. Collaborating closely with Risk and Compliance technology teams and business stakeholders, I gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and deliver highly scalable and low-latency system. This role requires working with the entire technology organization to align business priorities, manage delivery timelines, and transform current workflows into a more streamlined process. Additionally, I managed a global team of developers to build a custom Order\Execution management system for the trade floor. Working in close collaboration with Managing Director business sponsors, I played a key role in architecting the system and iterating through each phase of delivery. This system is now utilized worldwide across multiple trading desks, empowering traders with advanced functionality and streamlined processes.

Using Python and the QT framework developed a multi-threaded application, with the Threadpool pattern, that would connect to remote hosts and data mine diagnostic and configuration information.Developed a metric reporting system that would connect to a system tray application with sockets and send metrics from multiple threads.Built an install package with InnoIDE that would handle customer installations on Windows.

Develop automated layout based on manufacturing and design rules. Create and maintain a software system to revision control, compile, and push software changes to existing designs. Support general development needs for layout design.Developed a mapping technique using Python that would take SQL data and generate it into XML output files based on the rule set.Built reporting websites in the LAMP environment using XML, Javascript, AJAX, and PHP 4.Developed and supported an asynchronous event driven user interface written in Python/QT4 that automated creating, supporting, and deploying design kits around the world.Developed multiple Python/QT4 tools for manufacturing and design engineering for data analysis and increased job efficiency.

Develop software to aid in the analysis of defect and electrical fails. Support the collection and reporting of electrical fails through the use of a massive distributed parallel system.Maintained and developed code for a large engineering system that had over 400,000 lines of code and over 2200 classes.Developed automation software in C++ that would handle terabytes of failure data a day to identify failure signatures with custom built pattern recognition software.Created a C++ CORBA server that would serve inspection defect information to the automation framework.Developed reporting tools using SQL to query an Oracle database that provided matching and defect analysis.
