  I began my career as an Account Specialist. In the early 1980's I moved to our Milwaukee office to take on the Marketing Manager duties, which included managing the internal office staff and working with Account Executives in designing and marketing tailor made programs for large commercial clients and prospects.I returned to Green Bay in the late 80's to take on the New Business Marketing position. My responsibilities were to work in tandem with Account Executives in new business production and program design. I was named Employee of the Year in 1988. I continued in that role, along with taking on Account Executive duties until the late 1990's when I moved into a pure Production/Account Executive position.I remain in this role at present, along with leadership responsibilities in our Commercial Dept. and mentoring our newly hired professionals.
