I am a Manager of Engineering Services focused on delivery of data engineering solutions related to migrating legacy healthcare data. My role mostly involves managing a team to develop and deliver on-time data archiving solutions requiring leadership, mentorship and organization. Additional skills such as project management, agile workflows, clear/concise communication, and problem solving are also leveraged. My prior data science experience and growing knowledge of small startup business processes has allowed me to provide actionable strategies for improved growth. Along with leadership and business skills, I frequently use and provide expertise in the following technical domains: Python programming, SQL querying, automation scripting, document extraction, software development and maintenance, data engineering, data analysis, data reporting, BI tools, AWS ecosystem, and Linux.

I work with a team of data engineers and developers to effectively transform data from legacy healthcare systems to modern systems.

Provide contractual aviation and aerospace services across Northeast Ohio. Initially, these services started exclusively providing part 61 flight training (private, instrument, commercial, CFI, CFII), recurrent training, ground school instruction, introductory flight lessons, and sight-seeing/photo flights. More recently, I've provided data engineering support for the NASA Glenn Research Center as well as part 107 drone pilot services.

Stationed at the NASA Glenn Research Center, I performed many functions enhancing the aerospace propulsion data product and delivery to customers. Some specific tasks and achievements include:• Serving as the project lead data engineer on dozens of projects responsible for the overall data product• Performed exploratory data analysis and generate models to determine suggested areas of improvement and presented to leads and management• Personally initiated, organized, and executed a project from a perceived area of need to develop a method of validating humidity measurement systems. Project included the following requirements: • Program a specialized data acquisition system in Python for efficient humidity measurement calibration • Integrate various forms of instrumentation and sample rates using multithreading into a single program • Process analog and digital signals into relevant units • Allow for capture and collection of the data into formats desired for analysis• Analyzed mechanical, instrumentation, and data system requirements to match system capabilities

Provide part 61 and 141 flight training (private, instrument, commercial, CFI, CFII), recurrent training which includes flight reviews, BFRs, IPCs (Instrument Proficiency Check), ground school instruction, introductory flight lessons, and sight-seeing or photo flights.
