As of July 2012, I have been acting as the DAV team coordinator- Helped create the basis for a new team within the Division of Technology Services-Supervised and mentored 9 student employees in two different sub teams-Resolve various classroom technological issues in a very time sensitive and high-stress environment-Oversee campus TV station and Television Studio on a daily basis.Prior to July 2012, I acted a front line support technician for the Division of Technology Services- Repaired student and faculty devices using OSX, Linux, and Windows based operating systems.
