I am an assurance and advisory director with Aldrich, a rapidly growing west coast based regional accounting, advisory and wealth management firm.Prior to joining Aldrich in 2021, I spent 21 years at Deloitte, providing accounting, assurance and advisory services to public and privately held companies. I have extensive experience with multi-national manufacturing companies, public utilities, real estate and multi-location consumer businesses of all sizes. Serving a diverse group of businesses has given me significant hands on experience with transaction advisory, financial reporting, SEC regulatory compliance, acquisition accounting, international issues, inventory accounting, multi-location considerations, internal controls and system implementations.What really energizes me is helping and enabling those who I work with on my team, and my clients, to grow and develop into the best professionals, people and businesses they can possibly become. Connecting the missing pieces to create or enhance an opportunity for a unique win/win outcome is so much fun.When not working with my teams and clients, you'll find me spending time with my family on our small farm in the Willamette Valley wine country outside of Portland, on a boat wake surfing or flying a Cirrus.
