I'm a highly experienced former RAF pilot with a proven track record of management and leadership in dynamic operational environments. I have fulfilled senior management roles in both commercial aviation and the RAF, demonstrating strong operational leadership, vision, change management and customer focus. After 7 years fulfilling a long held ambition to work and fly in Antarctica, supporting ground-breaking polar research of global importance with the British Antarctic Survey, I returned to the commercial aviation sector with Airtask Group in 2019. I've recently changed focus to manage an enhanced safety team as Head of Safety, while also running projects within the Business Development team.
